    This was my favorite vanilla latte that I had while I was in Portland. I drank probably 20 from different places.

    The man who owns the place is very friendly and will give you plenty of places to visit while you're there. Screw googling where to go while in Portland, just go ask him and tell him what you enjoy doing.

    Small long cozy with a few tables.
    Nice brick wall and decorations.
    Amiable smiling service.
    We had two 8oz lattes at a very reasonable $3.25.
    The coffee was quite good with nice foam and crema and absolutely no bitterness.
    A good cuppa joe.
    This place is small but powerful.

    I can totally see why this place has a 5 star review and its all because of Marco. He is so welcoming and funny and makes people feel comfortable. I came in to get shelter from the rain and decided to get a quick bite but ended up staying and working from here for a while. The place is small and hence more apt for a grab and go but its good enough to accommodate a few people together else there is seating outside as well. People just kept pouring in and he chatted with everyone and made jokes while preparing their beverages. The muffin was delicious - soft and fluffy and my coffee was good as well.There is WiFi and power outlets as well for someone who wants to work from here.

    Chillest barista I've met in a long time. We chatted for a short bit while he recommended a delightful beverage to meet my caffeine needs. Seemed to know everybody that came through the door-- or at least treated everybody like they were neighbors. Dude is a silver-beard-clad stud.
    I tend to enjoy boujee beverages and he crushed it with my lavender-vanilla latte. This spot is the jam for a chill morning coffee. Awesome and pleasant way to start my day.

    Spot on Portland Cafe. Marco's coffee side manner makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome.
